I am thinking of building a home mostly by myself for I have the knowledge. But I am uncomfortable with doing the foundation, septic and plumbing (little to no knowledge) How much will it cost to do those things only through a contractor? I know no one will know an exact cost, just wanting a round a bout number. (for example: $15,000 to get those done)
